Partnership Opportunities

We recognize that many providers must develop strategies to maintain and improve the quality and scope of their services while facing increasing fiscal and competitive pressures. DCI partners with hospitals, health systems, and other providers to support a sustainable kidney care program in their community.

Joint Ventures

DCI partners with health systems and physicians in local communities to provide excellent care, both within our outpatient dialysis operations and our participation in innovative patient care models with CMS. These joint ventures often develop through a shared desire and mission of the organizations. In these partnerships, DCI remains the majority owner and managing member.

Management Services

DCI provides varying levels of management assistance and oversight to independent dialysis providers, allowing them to retain ownership of the clinic. Services can range from specific needs of an organization to a full-service arrangement that includes running the daily operation and oversight of the clinic, staffing the clinic, and billing and bookkeeping.

Value-Based Care Arrangements

DCI integrates REACH population health and DCI dialysis service lines to provide care along the continuum of advanced kidney disease in communities where our dialysis clinics are located. In these communities, REACH partners with payors and local nephrologists in value-based arrangements to advance patient-centered care improvements for people with advanced kidney disease, including CKD stages 4 and 5, kidney transplant, dialysis, and end of life.
