Our Culture

At its core, DCI is about people. We exist to serve our patients, and therefore we do everything we can to support our caregivers and staff who carry out this mission.

Our care teams cultivate family-like relationships with their patients, some of whom have turned to DCI for their dialysis care for decades. Our culture is grounded in our core values and a spirit of connectivity and teamwork that binds all our clinics from coast to coast.

Our Benefits

Outstanding Health Insurance
BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee© plans with nationwide networks and coverage. Premiums are per bi-weekly pay period.

403(b) Thrift Plan 

DCI matches 50 percent of each dollar contributed up to nine percent for benefit-eligible employees.

 Education Support
100 percent reimbursement toward an RN degree, up to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
New employees start accruing after 90 days of employment, and then time is accrued hourly. Holidays are built into the PTO accrual rate which increases based on years of service.

Extended Sick Bank
Paid time off for qualifying scheduled medical appointments or extended medical leave.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
24/7 confidential assistance regarding work, family, addictions, depression, stress/anxiety, financial issues, legal matters, elder or childcare needs, and more.
